THE AREA:
Fishtown has made a name for itself nationally for its inventive restaurant scene, alternative shopping and lively nightlife. This culture of distinctive destinations has uniquely positioned Fishtown as one of the most exciting creative communities on the East Coast. Walk, drive, bike or take Septa! Fishtown is served by the Market–Frankford Line rapid transit subway/elevated system. 'Girard Station - Blue Line' is just a 5-minute walk from the Archway, putting you downtown in less than 15 minutes.We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. PARKING:
There is free street parking available in the area.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Philadelphia to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

This broad suite features an upscale and open living, dining/work area and a full kitchen which separates two queen bedrooms and their private, spacious bathrooms with rain showers. With the suite featuring a run of 7 large format windows, the entire space is flooded with natural light and captures views down Frankford Ave. Great for couples or just for 2.

I honestly forgot I was in Philly. I&rsquo;ve traveled all over the world and stayed in some of the nicest hotels and to see this type of hotel/residence in my hometown gives me so much pride. My guests were in from Canada and it was a work trip so they were extremely impressed. Thank you for creating such a gorgeous space. Simple check-in and great details include a Theragun. I will absolutely stay again even if it&rsquo;s a staycation with my husband.

Hands down best of Fishtown! Feels like straight out of a magazine. Great hospitality. Great location. Very comfortable!
